Ceol an Gheimhridh
Mayo Comhaltas are delighted to welcome the return of Ceol an Gheimhridh. The competitions will take place in Swinford on the 20th of January 2024. All entries go to your branch secretary - please check closing date for branch entries with your secretary. Full details on the link below.
ELIGIBILITY FOR CEOL AN GHEIMHRIDH 2023/24
Please note: solo qualifiers to Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2023 from Fleadh Connachta 2023 are ineligible to compete in this years Ceol an Gheimhridh on the solo category in which they competed in Fleadh na hÉireann. (e.g a competitor who qualified from Fleadh Connachta on fiddle or fiddle slow airs is ineligible to enter the strings competition in Ceol an Gheimhridh 2023/24 etc). This applies to solo competitors in Strings, Wind, Reed, Singing, Amhránaíócht, Storytelling and Scéalaíocht only.

Fleadh Cheoil Mhaigh Eo
Fleadh Cheoil Mhaigh Eo 2024 takes place in Westport from the 10th - 12th of May.
